Truly the ultimate customer experience! I filled in the Book Online Now form on their website Sunday morning. I got a call from the owner Mike a few hours later on SUNDAY! Mike and his son just left and they did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and a recliner. They even applied a protective coating to everything! The communication was quick and courteous from the first phone call, to the courtesy reminder phone call the day before, and the 5 mins out phone call. Through every interaction with Mike he was just a wonderful caring person. I'm really glad to have given them my business. They did an excellent job, and he's a neighbor who only lives a few mins away.
