The whole experience ended up to be very positive , fulfilling process ! That help me figure out what types of changes would result in a more positive and fulfilling home life . Biggest issue is keeping check on all the stressors in life!

Very friendly and interactive making it easy to open up. Only negative is the price to get the help someone needs shouldn't cost so much. Otherwise I highly recommend to anyone questioning there anger issues, you will find tools to help you in life to become a better person.

The group sessions really helped me with my anger problem. The counselors showed me different ways to manage my problem. I was very impressed with the help I received.
