We will always do what we say and if we don't know something we will find out for you. We will always walk you through the process, explaining why your appliance needs a repair, what to check to prevent any issues in the future and what parts will be needed to repair your machine. He takes your deposit and then doesn’t come back to do the job. Won’t answer calls.

Warning: do not work with this comapny. Job never completed and deposit never returned. Consistently ignoring emails to get money back. Unreliable.

Owner had a problem get ting part from supplier. So we decided on a new machine. Owner agreed to a refund and kept his word. I appreciate his effort to repair our machine and recommend his service.

Worst company ever. He makes appointments and doesnt show. No call or text saying he will not be there. And to be quite frankly reading the reviews he does this alot. I'm not even sure that he even knows what he is doing. This company should not even be in business as far as I'm concerned. I encourage everyone to read the past reviews before entertaining this fly by night company. This company makes good companies look bad. Again another person thinking they are an expert and has no clue.

With all understanding that Covid is affecting maybe people and businesses I will say it was frustrating to work with this company. It took a long time to hear back about a part that needed to be ordered and o understand that shipping is taking a while but it still seemed long. Finally when we get get a reply there was one rescheduling the day of the appointment, two completely no shows for an appointment and the appoint they did show up for was 3 hours late. I understand it m this company might be running with a fee people but to ask someone to be home on a 4 hour window 3 times in a week and not even bother to tell you that they aren't coming two of those times is just plain neglect. To put icing on the cake after it was "fixed" the dryer does still not work. I will continue to post reviews anywhere I can until the problem is fixed like I paid for or I het a refund.

Tried to support this local business but it didn't end well. Lou failed at his attempted repair and we mutually agreed upon a refund of our deposit minus his standard service charge. Through numerous texts, and multiple promises of the reimbursement, to date, we have not received any of the promised refund. End result, we needed to buy a new washer after Lou's failed attempt at repairing our working washing machine. We will not recommend Absolute Appliance, SVC due to both inability to repair what Lou stated he could fix, along with not fulfilling his promise of reimbursement!

After 3 weeks and $230 my refrigerator still leak. When I complained, I was told we were being cut breaks and they were doing us a favor. Sorry, I will not use this business again.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest the three times (three different appliances) he was out. I would recommend Louie for any repairs. I am very happy with the service and advice provided.
