We recently purchased an item from these people and after waiting for delivery for 5 days called up then was told they had no stock , I have requested a refund, still haven’t have has anything a month later so basically they had taken the money knowingly having no stock, This is fraud ……
This has been confirmed by both our banks this is illegal anyone In a similar situation please contact your bank who will provide you with a Refund We will also be Reporting these to trading standards, Anyone in a similar situation please contact your bank or card provider who will provide you with a full refund and take action it deems these thieves.
