In the summer of 2019 I consulted Dr O'Donnell regarding implants, everything seemed professional at first, he recommended using Dr Chris Mullenix as the surgeon, I made an appointment with Mullenix and his price was $ 7,300, I thought this was extremely overpriced so I searched out other oral surgeons and found Dr David Lairmore at Providence, his price for the exact same surgery was $ 2,200, more than 5k cheaper, I proceeded with the surgery no problem, upon returning to Dr O'Donnell who made the temp dentures, he seemed upset I used a different surgeon saying, I thought we agreed upon Dr Mullenix, obviously some kind of kick back deal here of which I could care less except for the fact that they tried to scam me out of 5k. As with all temps, the upper palate must be relined within the first month due to swelling receding so that it will continue to have suction, through no less than 5 more appointments over the next 6 months trying to get my palate relined they always had some excuse each visit as to not complete the job that I paid for at the very beginning, in the following weeks I tried making appointments only to be told by the receptionist that they would have to call me back, that call never came, finally in Dec of 2019, 6 months after the surgery they told me it would cost over $ 400. for the relining, I explained that the initial temp dentures cost of over $ 2,400. included the reline, again they said they would have to call me back, and from that point forward they screened my calls and never took a call from me again, this Dr took my money and left me high and dry, as far as I'm concerned Dr Brandon O'Donnell and his office are crooks and I would recommend that anyone considering using him should go elsewhere.
