The initial move-in date was September 2019. They race down that street every night check it before you move in especially FRIDAY & Saturday Sales Rep Benazir Mohebi lied through our initial move and said that our place was ready. I went to check and the countertops weren't finished. I met Ms. Patricia McEvilly in-unit #1A and she scared me. She told me that she was already supposed to be out because they are trying to get rid of her. This place since before September of 2019 knew about the nuisance that she was to the whole community. The very first thing that I noticed was that the place was full of cockroaches & skunks in the trash can. LOUD cars that were loud as can be especially Fridays and Saturday nights and you could hear him through most of the apartments through the community. This apartment place in Aliso Viejo is totally put together. Barbecues are supposed to be not permitted…. people have barbecues. People are not supposed to wash cars in the parking areas with loud motors early in the morning on any day of the week but especially Fridays and Saturdays it happens. Negligence was the primary reason this place is falling apart. The only reason that Alex (Assistant Manager) would ever leave the office is if he had to or was forced to and then would pretend not to be in the office or busy and because of the distance from the office I just walk upon him and he'd be sitting in his office doing absolutely nothing. Trash cans full to the brim. Trash being left outside like a swap meet apartment community. Pets that poop and pee everywhere all over the community. Please check the pictures I have below. Beyond that, all management & staff were pretending to be robotic answering machines. The air conditioning filter has not been changed for maybe 15 to 20 years. Look at the pictures below. They definitely have a consistent issue with keeping up on things. So after moving in we were pestered and bothered and consistently getting things dropped at our door Patty McEvilly who we just dealt with would continuously drop us day old food and ask us for wine lot or sugar or salt and it became to a point that it was just too much so from that point it ended up becoming that she became jealous. She would abuse our space and home. All of these problems were and have been reported to the office through and through there is an email chain between myself Ben is here Alex Ashley and every single person that has worked there has been talked to about by Ms. McEvilly. Things get even worse not only from the management aspect but also from the way that the management handles things from the very beginning of the experience at here at Irvine Company property. I recommend our friends to this community, they hate it I feel bad. Ice cream trucks rolling through on the weekends like you are in Santa Ana (see video) So the harassment gets so bad to the point that we can't even use our own balcony that we are now recording every single thing that happens and I'm making a log, actually a database of information. Anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week we're getting the courtesy patrol called on us but the community is not management employees are doing nothing about it because we're asleep and they're knocking on our door or driving by Ms. Patricia McEvilly management is completely blank and follow-through of a teenager on their first job. Escalates to our neighbor downstairs Patricia McEvilly could no longer call the office or to the courtesy patrol so she starts to call the Sheriff's Department 3 to 5 times a week. The office does nothing but feeds us bull. In one conversation with Ashley, she said that the file on this particular neighbor (Patricia McEvilly) was 50+ pages and daily she gets anywhere from 5 to 7 complaints about Patricia McEvilly.
