I give Amanda my highest possible recommendation. I have been a client since 2015. I generally lose interest in any exercise routine after 1 year, so our 6+ year relationship is record-breaking for me which I credit to the following: 1) Professionalism: Amanda is incredibly responsible and punctual. This matters. 2) Master Trainer: Amanda is a skilled professional. She is incredibly observant and is constantly checking and correcting form to maximize the benefit of the exercise and prevent injury 3) Great listener/observer: This may be part instinct and part years of experience, but Amanda knows when to push and when to modify. During my first trimester of pregnancy, I was experiencing nausea with certain exercises, so Amanda quickly modified routines that I could manage. 4) Creativity/variety: Amanda has such vast wealth of experience but also works incredibly hard behind the scenes preparing for sessions. It's rare for us to repeat exercises, so sessions always feel fresh and new. From a training standpoint this is wonderful for creating muscle confusion, but also a great antidote for those of who get bored quickly. 5) Mellow personality: As an introvert, I love Amanda's personality. She is genuine and even-keeled, while still giving you the energy boost when you need one but she will never overwhelm you with saccharine energy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

My Daughter and I have been training over three years with Amanda and have gained a lot over the years in terms of health and well being. I have found her to be thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of personal training with a capability to customize to suit each persons strength and weakness. She has proved her self to be professional in all aspects and also been flexible when required.

I love working with Amanda! She is timely, flexible, and patient when something is difficult for me. What I really love about Amanda is that she’s very good about focusing on correct form and making sure every exercise is done correctly! She pushes me to my limit and I could not be in the shape I’m in without her! We’ve been working together about a year and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been training with Amanda for several years and I am very satisfied with the results, she is a very professional trainer, very knowledgeable and kind. The work outs are enjoyable because there is a lot of variety, I never get bored. I look forward to continue working with her.
