Showed up at 945am this morning for a 10am appointment with Dr Marco. He saw every patient in the office (walk ins) but never saw me. I waited an hour. I was forced to leave to take my pregnant wife to see her midwife (also a scheduled appointment) and now Dr Marco is blocking my insulin refill at the pharmacy. I have type 1 diabetes, I have had it for 24 years since I was a child. I need this medicine to survive and the office admitted to me it was there fault I didnt get seen but are blocking my refills anyways. I am now looking for an ER. I would strongly recommend to never see this Dr or anybody at Alexandria Immediate Care.
