We used Allied comfort pro to install a minisplit system in our home 2 and a half months ago. I could not be more displeased, disappointed, or, frankly, angry about the treatment we have received. f We gave this company over 7K and are extremely unhappy with a yet unresolved issue involving a malfunctioning unit. First, the company promised that after installing the system they would send a technician for a routine check in 2 weeks...6 weeks later we'd heard nothing from them and hadn't seen them. The office manager/scheduler, Vicki, was patronizing to my husband when he called to ask that the service call be provided as promised. Additionally, and more importantly, it seems that one of the units installed in our home may be a lemon, because it has unusual problems (it makes lots of noises, waking me repeatedly throughout the night). The techs who have come out to investigate have basically told us that everything's fine in spite of the fact that the problem continues. There has been poor communication within the company, because each time a tech comes out, they seem to not to know about the problem and what has already been done and communicated about it. Although two of the technicians they've sent have been professional and respectful, I am particularly boggled by the unprofessionalness of one of their technicians in particular. This company has twice sent out a toxic technician named Richard who has been disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. In his two visits to our home, he has interrupted myself and my husband we're explaining what's going wrong or asking questions, has walked away from my husband while he was the middle of a sentence, and speaks down to me in an incredibly condescending way all the while being unclear in his communication and not helping to solve our problems. Just now he walked out of a service call before finishing when I called him on speaking disrespectfully to me. This guy is such a jerk that after the initial install appointment, my 11 year old son, who had been present, said, "Mom, why was that guy so mean to you?"
