Dr. A.J. Hunziker’s chiropractic office is a warm, welcoming place--and a family affair. His mother, Vicki Hunziker, is his capable Registered Chiropractic Assistant. Dr. Hunziker was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical physics with a minor in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2003. Higher education brought Dr. Hunziker to Florida. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida in 2007. Enjoying the warmer weather and the beach, he decided to open his practice in Jacksonville and now has a second Jacksonville Beach location. Many physicians usually prescribe drugs as an antidote to pain. Drugs have many potentially harmful side effects, and some individuals are allergic or intolerant to prescribed drugs. Dr. Hunziker selects from a wide range of non-invasive, drug-free therapies to bring you back to health. His practice includes not only chiropractic care, but also massage therapy, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation/sports medicine. Dr. Hunziker sees himself as your partner in restoring your health. His informative website contains many FAQs, explains what will happen at your first chiropractic appointment, explains the root of most problems involving your muscles, skeletal and nervous systems, and many more health facts.   Dr. Hunziker is an Army active duty veteran of the 101st Airborne Division, having served from 1995-1998. He welcomes veterans as patients! Dr. Hunziker believes in giving back to his community and works with many organ transplant charities.
