Marie was very helpful and assisted me with every question and had great communication let me know everything I needed to have knowledge on. i definitely recommend them for any emotional support animal or support animal needs

The owners of this company are so sweet and easy to deal with they answered all my questions and made this process so simple! I would recommend them to anyone needing the assistance of a service dog! It’s a family owned business and they even made sure I was taken care of while they were on vacation!

There was no wait. They are very knowledgeable. Very kind and informative. She didn't rushed to get payment or rush to get me off the phone. You get your paperwork fast through email. They saved myself and my dog of 8 years by helping through this whole process. Wonderful people

After a few google searches for Service Animals for Veterans this business kept coming up as one of the top results listed. This being my first experience talking with any business concerning this matter I didn't know what to expect. We talked for about an hour discussing everything about my case specifically as well as other things I should expect in public as well as in my private life at home. I appreciate their professionalism, courteousness and attention to detail that was presented throughout our conversation and after. Within a few hours after the call I received my documentation via email as we discussed and before I knew it within a week had my service animals ID tag and other information. I recommend the company for anyone looking to get your animal certified. I will be having American Support Animals continue to help me in the future for sure.
