Ankers Automotive, and owner Andrew Kerobo DO NOT deserve any stars! Ordered a Pierburg CWA100 coolant pump w/cable for $452.00 first week of August 2022, promised delivery was less than (7) days. I made contact with the owner Andrew, who gave me a plethora of run around, but said after I requested that it had to be there 08/22/22, as the build job on my car was beginning. He promised me it would be there overnight. Negative. I went on vacation, returned a week later to hear from mechanic that part never showed. Called and spoke to Andrew Kerobo, the owner who insisted he would get to the bottom of this, but based on his shaky answers and run arounds, I informed him to cancel the order and he finally understood no means no, refund me my money! That was 09/03/2022. Today it is 10/11/2022 and he still has not refunded me the money. Citibank was notified of this dishonest vendor and hopefully he will stop lying to John Q. Public, and start running a reputable business. Yes, after cancelling the order on 09/03/2022, I called MerRacing, and they overnight shipped the Pierburg CWA100 Coolant Pump.
