We recently experienced unprofessional behavior from Aquaman Pool Maintainance (AKA SuperClean Pools; Brothers Pool Service and Repairs). 1. Tresspassing on our property without making their presence known to us. 2.We called two times to let the company know of our tresspassing concerns but never received a reply.

This company is ridiculous. Scheduling was a headache, they billed the wrong card MULTIPLE times, and charged me twice for the same service. Once the service repairs were finally done it wasn't done correctly. But they will charge you for the entire balance whether you're happy with it or not. The service manager Quincy stood in my yard telling me it would be fixed 3 days later but then no one came out. I had to follow up again but got ANOTHER no call no show. A week later I've been charge the full service amount and have a dirty pool still and empty promises from this company. The office manager Amber keeps trying to give me credits for free future maintenance service but the maintenance tech came and left my pool still dirty! I'm now having to go through the headache of disputing charges with my credit card company because they never delivered the service correctly in spite of all of the good faith efforts on my part to communicate with them and give them time to remediate it. Don't waste your time or money.

Tommy Scott is our tech. He did a great clean up after the recent rain storms. Pool was clean as ever after he was finished. Great guy.
