Many, 68 building mistakes! Counters NOT fastened down! All bathroom! Kitchen island staples coming through and crocked! Bathroom upstairs wall bowing! No access for wires for cable or internet access! Trimming crocked! Bathroom towel holders crocked! Painting NOT done as should! Door knobs falling off all doors, over and over, racks for closets feel, NOT put into studs of walls! Dishwasher NOT in as should and ripped up flooring! Worst mistake ever! And Arbor gives a response of sorry too hear, we will do and LOL sadder than sad! Same responses too everyone and NOTHING! Look at BBB reviews! Warren Buffet owns and /CEO was told this when we complained and where told good luck Warren Buffet is very wealthy from management! WOW! Making money off of hard working people and giving them crap
Quality of work is 2.5. Been in my home 4 months and have had siding replaced 3 times, master shower had to be completely redone. They have take of all carpet in my base due to mud and dirt under the padding. I could go on for hours. The time lost from work and mental anguish is not work building
The whole Arbor team is excellent! My sales manager Suzanne Davie-Howell is AWESOME! Superintendent Jon Atkinson, AWESOME! I cant remember who I was working with at the design center, but AWESOME! LOL
This was a great experience for! If I left anyone out my apologies! I would most definitely recommend Arbor Homes. They delivered on time! Jon updated me on absolutely everything responded to every last one of my questions as well did Suzanne. THANKS AGAIN ARBOR
