I am from Westlake Village and I chose Hair Couture Designs because I met a young lady in Thousand Oaks with the most beautiful blond hair and makeup I had ever seen. I had found out she was wearing a hairpiece that covered half of her head and had permanent makeup tattoos on her eyebrows and lips. Her eyebrows were perfectly positioned and her lips were very natural looking. I originally asked about her lip shade (in the line at Home Goods) and she laughed and told me it was permanent makeup tattooing. I was memorized. She looked so natural and yet so beautiful. I called Hair Couture Designs and spoke with Catlin. She booked me for the same week. I came in for the consultation and immediately felt comfortable. I met with Donna and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. End result: I know have beautiful lips and Eyebrows and now working on my hair loss situation. It really looks like I am 20 years younger without the plastic surgery. Who would have thought??? Staff is down to earth, classy and kind. The salon itself is beautiful with a elegant shabby chic decor. I would recommend everyone to trust in this company for both permanent makeup and hairpieces for hair loss.

I had breast cancer and lost one of my breasts and had it removed. I have just finished my chemotherapy and I'm having my breast reconstruction and will be having Hair Couture design do my 3-D Ariola tattooing micro pigmentation for my burial laws. My doctor that my doctor had recommended that tattoo artist at this wellness salon because of her reputation and her credentials. I will report after I have my breast Ariola tattooed.The salon is extremely accommodating and professional and I'm actually now going to start having special facials with a special skin Care line especially for cancer patients. I never knew a salon for cancer patients like this existed until now and I wish I would have known because I would have cut off my hair prior to my chemo and made a way from it as well.
