Expect your relationship to last one project. Their margins are INSANE and delivery will follow their leadership team and point fingers. Their employees are overworked and on multiple projects. They rush "Associates" through a homegrown cybersecurity analyst program then quickly move them to billable roles they are not qualified for and overcharge for their time.
