Aspire Allergy & Sinus

DO NOT GO HERE. Aspire waited to verify benefits until the day of the scheduled visit, which was after they required a 5 day prep from the patient (even though this was scheduled with my insurance over 3 weeks ago). So the office staff can be lazy but the patient is expected to be compliant with the required preparation, which is 0 allergy medication for 5 days. We are unfortunately in a tail spin now and it will take days for my daughter to recover from being off all medication for that long. I did validate this was an in network provider up until the day of the visit through my insurance portal. If you are going to require the patient to prepare then you should prepare. This is just insensitive, unprofessional and cruel.
