AGF is a Coral Springs, Florida Personal Training, Sport Psychology, and Group Coaching Company. Most of all, we design custom personal training workouts, meal plans, and packages for our clients. We are located inside of Believe Fitness in the Royal Palm Plaza. Believe Fitness is a private studio that has turf, which is great for sport specific training and joint health. Furthermore, the studio is very family oriented, private, and especially relevant for achieving your health and fitness goals.

Dorron is an awesome trainer! He motivates me to work on my goals on a continual basis. He takes his time to listen and project a realistic plan for achieving my goals. I highly recommend him as a trainer, coach, and a nutrition educator.

My 13 year old son and I have also been training with Dorron for the past 2 years and I couldn't agree more with his other reviews. Dorron is the complete Training package. Not just for motivation but for physical and mental strength. Dorron is not only able to gauge the proper amount of weight for both of us to use with the various pieces of fitness equipment, but he is also able to tell how much time and how many drills we are capable of on any given day. He is right by our side during all of our activities encouraging us and ensuring we are performing the activities in a safe a proper fashion. The Facility is clean, comfortable and stress-free. Another advantage of training with Dorron is with his Nutritional backround, knowledge and support. My son has been eating much healthier since training with Dorron. I am 55, I play Ice Hockey and Run Spartan Races and I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Dorron.

My son and I have been training with Dorron for about 2 years now. He is not only an awesome trainer but the mental training he has done with my son for his sport has transformed him. My son has strengthened his body physically, but more importantly Dorron has provided confidence in my son mentally as well as teaching him how to attain his goals in school, his sport and in relationships. I could not give a higher recommendation! He is the complete package when it comes to trainers!
