Chiropractors mainly focus on the spine to ensure proper movement of the joints and supporting muscles. The spine is the structure in the back, which houses the spinal cord (nervous system) and the many nerves that reach out to every single part of the body. Often times, the things we do throughout the day can irritate the nervous system, causing muscle spasms, and possibly even send radiating pains into the head, arms, or legs.
