Atlantis Comfort Systems installed our new gas furnace and central air.. they were professional all the way around, helped us through the National Grid loan and rebate process. They added a zone to our house allowing us to individually control the heat upstairs and downstairs. Can't say enough good things about Atlantis, the new system is excellent.

As the job gets closer to the estimating pot the numbers kept changing the product kept changing and it’s not like you can just go back to people and ask them for more money when you’ve already contracted with them so it ended up coming out of my end which I didn’t really appreciate that’s the reason you have not heard back from me

The installers did a great job but not happy about the outside work. The outdoor condenser should have gone on a cement pad. It looks terrible the way they installed it. I blame the sales rep, not the installers. I was told they were going to mount it off the cement wall.
