Linda helped me figure out my hearing issues and set me up with a great set of hearing aids that have been VERY helpful. Great experience!

My hearing had gone a bit downhill since my last visit. I got an appointment quickly, and Linda at Audiology Innovations cleaned, checked and adjusted my hearing aids and made a couple of user suggestions, and sent me on my way in a little more than half an hour. Great service!.

Great experience throughout. Linda was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful with testing and subsequent hearing aid fitting. She took the time to explain the use and care of the hearing aid and its features in a relaxed manner and has offered to be available for follow-up questions during my adaptation to using hearing aids. I recommend Audiology Innovations wholeheartedly.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Audiology Innovations Mount Royal West Clinic. My Mom had a great deal of anxiety around having a hearing test, but when Bryce arrived at Mom’s senior’s lodge, his warmth and compassion instantly put her at ease. Mom was thrilled to have the test in the comfort of her own room. Bryce was caring, knowledgeable, professional and he provided exceptional follow-up care. It was also a great pleasure interacting with Natasha at reception, as she consistently handled our questions or concerns in a cheerful, courteous, and timely manner. I would highly recommend Audiology Innovations to anyone experiencing hearing loss.

I have been with hearing aids for the past 7 years and can't say enough about how great it is to deal with Audiology Mount Royal. The whole office staff was great to work with and fully understood my needs and backed up all their products. Dr. Scarff was professional and very help full, Bryce looked after all my needs for adjusting my hearing aids and Natasha is always great on the phone and understands my requests and very amiable. Thanks for looking after my hearing needs.

Going to Audiology innovations was my first appointment and best experience I ever had. My physician recommended to check my hearing and I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect. From my booking to the walk in, DR.BRYCE took his time to understand my concerns and during the visit he went step by step *from the beginning of my issue to the end, explaining the result very clearly*. Thank you so much for your help and making me comfortable, thanks for your patience and your time DR. BRYCE is very customer focus and knowledgeable . Audiology innovations by Mount Royal West is highly recommended.

I visited the Mount Royal clinic for the first time on June 27th to check my hearing and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, check-in was swift and efficient. Throughout the appointment, Bryce was friendly, kind, and patient as I asked questions and raised my concerns. He clearly explained each step of the hearing test, which was greatly appreciated. Before I left, Dr. Scarff personally checked-in on the running of the appointment. The team is professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you again!

My experience with Audiology Innovations has been extremely positive. From my initial encounter with Dr. Scarfe and subsequent appointments with Natasha & Bryce I have felt cared for and respected at all times. Natasha especially has gone to extraordinary lengths to help me with using the available accessories that help me to deal with my hearing loss. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf.
