The service was prompt and friendly. Dr Scarff was personable, inviting and very easy to talk to. Sufficient time was allotted to perform the test, go through results and answer questions. Follow up was discussed clearly.

Elan was extremely kind and welcoming. He ran me through some of the highest technology tests available and patiently explained everything to me at the end. He was nothing but wonderful to deal with. I will be definitely coming back as I felt at home and respected.

Many thanks to Elan from Audiology Innovations who assisted my father with a New hearing aid, as well as navigating through the process of repairing an older hearing aid still under warranty. We really appreciated that Elan accommodated us by doing a “house call”, and how he took care of all of the details pertaining to a warranty item. Wonderful to know that there are still people out there that deliver this level of personalized service. As a caregiver, I appreciated that he helped me understand some of the more technical aspects of the hearing aid so that I can better assist my parent. It was a pleasure working with Audio Innovations and we would highly recommend them.

My tinnitus was getting worse and a friend recommended Audiology Innovations. My initial hope was for a 50% reduction in tinnitus. The staff at Audiology Innovations was friendly and informative. All recommendations were explained to my satisfaction. The hearing aids I was fitted with were set to increase gradually over a month. The change occurred so slowly I wasn’t sure it was working. In the first month I only got one “you never listen to me” from my wife. Which in that case I wasn’t listening. I would estimate my tinnitus has reduced 50% to 75% overall but still have bad days. I can fully recommend Audiology Innovations

Dr. Scarff has been a joy to work with. I was really impressed by her knowledge and the enthusiasm with which she applies it to my individual needs. It is very evident that her primary goal is to do everything she can to assist her clients with their hearing difficulties, and thereby make their lives more happy. She has a warm and engaging manner. And I really was impressed by the way she included Marilynn in the appointments, since one's spouse is the person most affected by one's hearing loss. We have already recommended Dr Scarff to friends and neighbours.
