I am the GM of Authentic Plaster and Tile. This is an attempt to respond to Ms. Brubaker and her review. I expected this type of review from this customer as she was difficult to deal with from the start. To start with I told her the day was not over and Albert would be there as sometimes start ups are done as it is convenient tom other scheduled work and that there was a lot of the day left. She really did not like that response. She did say that our communication was very poor... I responded that we called her back every time she called the same day and most times within an hour and I did not accept her statement as true and she really did not like that ( I never BLEW up at her and have witnesses to the exchange ). She called upset saying she could not she the blue quartz in the finish before the pool was even full. We explained that more is visable after the pool is full and the process is fully complete. She demanded to see the sample we showed her originally which was brought out and compared to her pool finish. The pool actually looked better than the sample. The pool finish came out fantastic and looks great I guess that is why she does not mention it in her review. We are not perfect but I stand by our timely and good work with great results.
