A real nightmare . Not the company but the agent. It is just a pass time for her. She doesn’t take care of her business . She wants you to do the work for her. We were given bad advice by her from the beginning . She has to many personal problem to be in this kind of business . I’m sure the company is a great company she just isn’t a good agent.

Velisa was the Realtor on a house a friend of mind was purchasing. The contractor that was hired for this property was horrible. They were still doing touch up work in the house the day after closing. The closing date was pushed back and they still did not finish. Apparently the Realtor Velisa did not check on the property to make sure the contractor were doing there jobs. The yard was left a mess, no one cleaned the inside of the house. There were items on the agreement that wasn't fulfilled but my biggest complaint is the lies that were told by the realtor. The unprofessional of this company is horrible. I would not advise anyone to work with this company.
