I have waited two weeks to think and pray about this review. Two weeks ago I was forced to resign my position as a project manager with baker roofing. After experiencing weeks of bullying mental intimidation and extremely abusive micromanagement by my immediate supervisors and president I felt I had no choice but to resign. After offering 2 weeks notice as is customary professional and the right thing to do I was asked to leave the property immediately. I was then charged for my medical benefits out of my last check well finding out those benefits were canceled immediately the day that I resigned. I went to get the medication that I depend upon for my mental and physical health only to find out that this supposed Christian company had charged me for my medical benefits well withdrawing the coverage I had paid for. This is why I feel no choice but to speak against Baker roofing and seek whatever legal options are available to make sure this never happens to another human being. For years I have parroted the company line and believed baker to be a wonderful company. How wrong I was I could no longer in good conscience ever recommend this company again!
