My passion is capturing beautiful memories and moments in time. With echoes of Renaissance and Baroque old master paintings, I can capture your individuality and beauty in a timeless and original fine art portrait for you to display on your walls at home or at your workplace. My goal is to create photographs that are works of art, and which capture the best possible version of you; portraits that make a bold statement and that have a sense of timelessness. In my images, I love to capture mood and emotion. Through my subjects eyes, is the way to their soul. Currently, my portrait sessions are held in a studio in north Boulder.

When visiting Colorado for the holidays, my mother wanted to have our pictures done professionally. She sent me Barbara's website, where I first saw her beautiful work. I never imagined she could work that magic on me, but I was amazed when we got our pictures back. Neither my mother nor myself spend much time dressed like ladies, but Barbara believed and made us beautiful, both aesthetically and in a way that was timeless, classic, and honestly, pieces of art. Her technique is sharp and clean, yet soft and warm at the same time. The whole event was enjoyable, her makeup/hair artist was engaging and hilarious, and Barbara's instructions were clear and easy to replicate. I highly recommend the experience! Thank you, Barbara!

Barbara is so thorough and kind. She ensures that you feel beautiful and confident during your shoot. She provides wardrobe advice prior to the shoot, and you get hair and makeup services while you're there! She is a kind soul, and makes sure your inner beauty shines through in your photos. I loved my experience with Barbara and look forward to doing it again.

Barbara is an amazing photographer. Her pictures are like works of art that we will share for a long time to come. We also had a ton of fun at her shoot. The girls and I had hair and makeup done and she had a fun selection of dresses to wear too. I will always recommend Barbara.
