The owner took our deposit on June 30, and never did the work. It is now Sept. 3, and although he said he would give our deposit back, he has not done so. A review on the BBB website shows that he did this same thing to another customer. He finally resolved the issue with that customer, but we are still waiting for our refund. He will give excuse after excuse as to why he doesn’t show up, he doesn’t answer his business phone, and his mailbox is always full. This is my first time dealing with such horrendous customer service since I moved here 10 years ago.
