Recently I made a review about this company and to be honest it was inaccurate. That there estimste for replacing a water heater was outregeous, when infact it was competitive with todays going rate. My frustration was product related, my water heated is less then 3 years old and WHilpool refuses to replace it. Because the hardness of the water is creating the constant cracking noise inside the heater. More junk sold by corporations and broken promises.
