We have moved 5 times over my career due to my job. This last move was the best experience we have had.CREW was a fantastic of our move. He was responsive to our needs, early to arrive, and coordinated the packing/loading and unloading crews to perfection! Couldn’t have asked for a better partner in our move but will surely request him if we ever move again. Thanks bay area express moving company for the great service and staff.

They are an awesome team! They showed up early (waiting out front patiently) each morning before 8am. They packed a full 8 hours first day - which made for a half-day & quick load day. Kind, courteous, flexible, careful, productive-made this move "stress free" as promised/promoted. crew was a great support throughout. I appreciate Bay area express moving company and their ENTIRE Team So Much!

We were moving last week and these guys worked so hard to pack all our things and get to the ferry in time and then once they arrived they worked even harder to unload and get everything into the house and were on their way.They were the most reasonable quote we received given how much stuff we had and they guaranteed their price.We would recommend them for sure. We are so happy to be in our new home and they helped us get there. Thank you !

Leading up to the move, they reached out via email and phone to gather all the details and introduced me to the team who would be working with me.crew arrived on schedule and handled my items with care as they made sure everything was properly wrapped.I have a pretty large dresser that my previous movers complained about, but these guys did not say one negative thing and accepted the challenge. They carried all my furniture down 3 flights of stairs and had a very positive attitude the entire time. While they were wrapping my furniture, they took the time to get to know me, which I thought was super nice and personable.

Great experience ! Telling all my friends and family .Prices and estimated time were not a surprise like we have had with other moves in the past . Truly cares about people and the stress of moving .Bay area express moving company will be our go to movers for future moves .

Bay Area Express Moving is the absolute best!!! I just had my first big move, which included extremely heavy vintage furniture. The movers were polite, and listened to my concerns on my pieces. Without hesitation, all my items were wrapped, and boxed with the greatest of care. All items made it up a third floor walk up without scratches - these guys were impressive! Wonderful customer service, with texts/calls before, and during the move to make sure I was satisfied, and to keep me up to date. Completely stress free! Would highly recommend Bay Area Express Moving for your next move!!

This is the second time I've used Bay Are Express Moving - and will definitely use them again in the future. The guys were awesome! They were punctual, professional, polite, engaging and friendly. They handled my property with care. I definitely recommend Nay Area express Moving -- great price, great guys, and great communication with the office. The whole team was very patient and flexible as I tried to figure out what the hell I was doing and where my stuff was going. They never once complained about me changing things at the last minute..these guys rock!

This is a GREAT moving company that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We hired Bay Area Express Moving to move our baby grand piano that another moving company simply refused to move on the day of our big move with the rest of our belongings due to lack of experience moving large instruments. The three men from this Moving company who we hired to move our baby grand piano were punctual, responsive, and did a GREAT JOB at carefully wrapping, handling, transporting, and putting back together our precious baby grand piano! We also received a call from the main office while on our way to our destination to let them know how the move was going. Great experience!

A complete rip off...they either lost or stole half of our stuff, much of which was unreplaceable! How this company stays in business is a mystery to me.

The guys at Bay Area Express were awesome! Randy in reservation depts is the man. They called with their arrival window the morning of the move and came right on time and before I knew it I was moved! Everything was pretty much packed up when they arrived and they gathered everything together and we were out of the house in under an hour. All of my things were carried up a flight of stairs to the new place lickety split! Everything was carefully carried and placed, nothing was broken or dented during the move. Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!
