Leading up to the move, they reached out via email and phone to gather all the details and introduced me to the team who would be working with me.crew arrived on schedule and handled my items with care as they made sure everything was properly wrapped.I have a pretty large dresser that my previous movers complained about, but these guys did not say one negative thing and accepted the challenge. They carried all my furniture down 3 flights of stairs and had a very positive attitude the entire time. While they were wrapping my furniture, they took the time to get to know me, which I thought was super nice and personable.
