Dr. Bharat Patel trained at Baylor College of Medicine and has been a winner of outstanding research by American College of Cardiology. Dr. Patel has authored and coauthored several publications in peer reviewed journals including being a lead author on the mechanisms of protection from heart damage during heart attacks. After working on award winning research, Dr. Patel decided to set up a practice specialized in cardiology in Clear Lake and has been in the same current location for about 30 years.
