Couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience with our first trailer purchase. From first call into them to delivery, I never once felt like I was getting sold. What you’ll get instead is:
Communication: constant, even proactive outreach to set expectations on timing, everything you need to gather to take delivery, etc.
Transparency: they went as far as to talk me thru each and every available option and why they did or didn’t recommend it to fit OUR lifestyle and needs, not their bottom line
Service: special shout-out to Tom who took a full TWO HOURS to indulge our 1,000 questions, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy doing so, in taking delivery.
Responsive: any email or phone call was returned same day, every time, for any need
Pricing fairness: while you won’t get any sweetheart deals with the pandemic and global supply chain shortage, you also won’t feel like they’re marking up just because they can. Ahem… car dealers…
Quality: everything they sell on the lot appears to be high quality; if there’s an issue, they’ll make it right. Our trailer had a scratch from transit that could have caused a rust issue and Tom went out of his way to get touch up paint delivered ASAP from the manufacturer.
