I have been boxing here for a year now and it is the perfect place to let out all of your problems. Through a bag. I am kept so busy here I forget everything that made angry or sad. I come in angry and I leave feeling satisfied and more relaxed. Just take those problems into the ring and knock them out. One punch at a time. One step at a time. One round at a time.
