This mail salon uses the CHEAPEST acrylic and your nails will break at the slightest touch! I regret going to this OVERPRICED salon and wasting my time at this dump! I wish this place would just close and make room for a real nail salon that uses quality materials and with great customer service because this place has neither. I have tried this place a few times attempting to give them a second chance and each time I’ve been burned! Nails break really easy, like same day even. Polish is thin and chips easily, the lady that works in the front, the older lady, is rude and doesn’t know how to run a professional operation, she tries to hurd as many people in as possible and tells everyone the same thing, “someone will be right with you, pick a color” then has you waiting and waiting.. so disrespectful! On top of poor customer service and lousy nails that look like crap and break right after, they charge outrageous prices!! I guess they figure they can get away with this in a predominantly black community. I would encourage the people who patronize this business to take your hard earned money somewhere else where they value their customers by providing excellent quality service .
Never again will they see a dime of mine!
