I highly recommend this company for your collection efforts. We have been using Benjamin Chaise and Associates for our bad debt collections for over two years, and they have done a fantastic job for us. I also like the monthly emailed report updating every account we have turned over, whether paid, closed, or active.

I have worked with Benjamin Chaise and Associates for over six years. BCA is a committed partner in my success. They treat patients courteously and work with them to settle their debts. There is no "hard" collection activity here...it's all about treating patients who owe a debt as human beings.

I had to pay a court fine to get my license, and the rep on the phone informed me of other debts. I appreciate you so much. Now I am actively aware of what I need to pay, which has helped with my credit and cleaning up my financial past. I give BCA 5 stars. For a debt collector, they were very friendly.

We had an issue with an address, and a small account was incorrectly sent to collections. They helped me quickly take care of it and fix the error. Although I don't recommend debt collectors, I'd recommend BCA to help fit it when things go wrong.

The account was removed from my credit report when I paid off my debt! That’s awesome. The staff at Benjamin Chaise and Associates was very helpful and so kind. I didn’t even realize I had a bill, but they helped me get it taken care of efficiently and assured me I had nothing to worry about.

Everyone hates debt collectors. Duh. But it's not their fault you owe money. I have worked with them for a few years to settle my debt. I have my rep, and he is amazing. He's never hard to get a hold of, making this process easy.

I started to repair my credit with Benjamin Chaise and Associates, and I didn't see any changes for another five months. I started to see my points from 502 go up to 628 in one fell swoop, and I still had seven months left in the Silver program. At the end of my program, I reached 712 points; thanks.

However, there were a few instances where communication could have been clearer and more timely. We had a medical bill we never saw go to collections, and an expert agent helped us. I got it submitted to our insurance, called after they paid, and paid the balance the insurance didn’t pay. Wonderful woman. If you have a bad experience with another agency, call them to help you because their agents are wonderful human beings.

They inspired me to make monthly payments even though it's been very hard for us. With such a hard job, I find it amazing that anyone can still approach these conversations with that much kindness considering most of the people they talk to yell at and berate them.
