We had a medical bill we never saw go to collections, and an expert agent helped us. I got it submitted to our insurance, called after they paid, and paid the balance the insurance didn’t pay. Wonderful woman. If you have a bad experience with another agency, call them to help you because their agents are wonderful human beings.
