The technicians are great, but dealing with Kim, who makes appointments and bills, was a bizarre nightmare. Frequent cancellations and multiple delays over the course of THREE Months(!) made it clear that our job was a very low priority. Worst of all, however, was when she called me on a Monday to "collect" on a bill that I had paid -- to her, over the phone, three days earlier. While it was concerning enough that she had no memory of the transaction and had apparently not recorded it, she then proceeded to argue stridently, talking over me and interrupting for 10 minutes, even as I told her I was looking at the processed payment on my credit card statement. I would have hung up but I was still waiting for them to send someone to close the giant hole in my bathroom floor they had left open during three months of cancellations and delays. When Kim finally checked -- after 10 minutes!!! and realized her error (apparently they record all calls) she said, oh you did pay. No expression of regret for the error or her behavior. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from this unprofessional and irresponsible business!!!
