I decided to try out this local jeweler for a cleaning and clasp adjustment on a watch that I was planning to send as a graduation gift to someone. When I dropped the watch off , I was told by a young woman associate that I'd get the watch back in a week and the price would be around $60. One week passed and I didn't hear anything, so I decided to give the jeweler a call on upcoming Saturday ( they're only open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). A man answered the phone and he rudely told me that the original deadline that I was given for the watch was inaccurate. He stated that he'd get me the watch by Tuesday and then told me he needed to hang-up because he had a call coming in on the other line.... When I went to the store on Tuesday for the watch, I was charged $80 instead of the original quote of $60 and I wasn't able to get the watch sent out in time since the jeweler failed to meet their deadline. They made no effort to apologise or lower the price .I strongly recommend using a different establishment because the customer service and business communication between staff members is awful here. They did do a good job on the watch, but you can get the same quality and better customer service at Zales.
