I don't recommend ever doing business with this place. I was prescribed a CPAP machine a few months back. During the short amount of time I had it, the headgear kept popping off because it was too small. I notified Binsons to let them know that the headgear they sent me was too small. THEY DIDN'T CARE! I also needed some advice about the air pressure being too high, they didn't care about that either. I finally got fed up with it and returned it. They kept the account open for quite some time charging my insurance company after I already returned it. NO SURPRISE THERE. I had to call these people again to tell them to cancel my account reminding them that it is fraud to keep it open after I returned it
I received a bill the other day for $54 (deductible) for the headgear/mask that I originally called them about being too small for my head. Tried calling the manager Christy, she wouldn't talk to me on the phone or call me back.
Terrible customer service! Well it's no surprise when you look at Binsons reviews. My doctors office referred me so I'll be calling them next. I'm going to make them tell me why they continued using that company with horrible customer service. Might have to go up the ladder.
