I have struggled with intense addictions all my life, suffering in the silence of my own pain. I pretended to be ok on the outside, but I wasn’t. I was trying so hard to lie to everyone else that I was just fine when I was really just trying to convince myself that I was. I tried to ignore and run away from it time and time again, rushing into exceedingly destructive behaviors that threatened to destroy my entire family. I came to Blair Wellness Group hoping for some way, shape, or form to end this madness, and that is exactly what I got. I got sophisticated, brilliant, and caring professionals that encouraged me to go deep into the recesses of my mind to dig out not just why I was doing what I was doing but how I could change all of it, how I could earn the right to free myself from the maddening cycle of addiction, chaos, and drama. Dr. Blair, especially, helped me through all of this with absolute dedication and fortitude. Despite the fact that I have had to move far away, jumping over many different time zones, I experienced zero interruption in the quality of my care. She did not even skip a single beat and accommodated my change with absolute ease, ensuring that I can keep up the momentum and stay connected to my health and wellbeing despite being thousands of miles away. Blair Wellness Group, Dr. Blair, kept me whole all this time, aiding and supporting me through sobriety even though I am thousands of miles away. Hope has been a rare commodity in my life because, although I could dream of a different life for myself, I never believed in it for a single moment. I never believed that I could, in my wildest imaginations, achieve what most people see as just the natural course of life. On the outside I looked like I had it all, but I was empty and void. With the resources at my disposal, I surrounded myself with people that didn’t matter to me, people who I didn’t matter to as well. I drowned my void and emptiness on the materialistic luxuries of life, but it never worked. The natural silences of life emphasized, underlined, and bolded my growing disillusionment with life. I sought out help looking for answers, but I got so much more. Blair Wellness Group bridged the gap between my dream and reality. Dr. Blair, in particular, has been the preeminent figure of my life because she is unlike anyone I have ever met. She is honest, frank, and direct, and it is so incredibly refreshing because her honesty is based solely on the intention to gift me hope. Every single professional at Blair Wellness Group has supported me in earning hope, but Dr. Blair especially because of her unwavering and unyielding determination, commitment, and dedication to me and my life. I was shown the error of my ways, given the answers to all my questions that I have had for years now, led to discover the answers myself. I was guided with the utmost compassion to come to my own conclusions and discover why there has been such a disparity between who I am and who I want to be, why I have been in silent despair for a long time. Their compassion and honesty inspired me to be honest with myself for a change and assess all the places that I could have done differently. I am immensely grateful to the experts at Blair Wellness Group for their unparalleled service. In just the several weeks that I have started business coaching with the, I have learned a lot from them. One of the biggest problems that I faced was not being a great communicator. I struggled to properly articulate what I needed form my team in a constructive, efficient, and motivating way. However, the team at Blair Wellness Group, especially Dr. Blair, taught me to be more mindful and levelheaded so that I could be a better team player and leader for my team. However, she didn’t just stop in addressing my issues. She helped me to address the weaknesses that I didn’t even think that I was too stubborn to admit until I really sat down and reflected holistically on the effect that it was having on my work. She taught me how to better juggle and balance my work with my life so that I can maintain a much better and healthier relationship with my loved ones. When all hope seemed lost, the professionals at Blair Wellness Group stepped in to save my life. During the most crucial and vital moments of my life, when nobody else would have chosen to be on this journey with me, I was guided by the compassion and care of the Blair Wellness Group team, gifted a profound new way of being and living that can actually be the start to a new life. Dr. Blair, in particular, has been of great help to me. She invested so much of her mind, heart, and soul into my care, going far above and beyond to ensure that my life is guarded and protected. She led the charge to my health and wellbeing with her team alongside her, helping and aiding me in my challenging and difficult journey in life. They took the time to gently show me how it is that I have been going about life, showing me the error of my ways so that I can learn to fix, change, and evolve myself to become a different person. With the utmost love, care, and compassion, they created a sanctuary for my mind, heart, and soul, encouraging me to rest and let go of so much that I have been holding onto for so long. I have been so incredibly uptight and horrified about my past, constantly trying to run away from it again and again. I have engaged in many different addictions in the hopes that I can successfully evade my own responsibility and duty that I have to myself, that I can successfully escape reality. I don’t have to anymore because of the safety and security that I was gifted. I don’t have to run, but I can let go of so much that I was terrified to for so long, knowing that I will never be judged, only accepted and loved. Yet, the care that I have been given goes beyond even this, beyond allowing me to relinquish an immensely heavy burden that I have been carrying for years. I have been taught and empowered with skills and techniques to rise above who I have been and what I have done in life, taught how to earn a way of living and being that I can actually be proud of for living. They have inspired me to walk a different path in life and gifted me the tools to earn that maturational, experiential, and transformative change, a complete and utter rebirth. It is because of them, because of Dr. Blair, that I have hope for the future, why I have the hope in life, knowing that I do not have to live in the agony and misery that I have for decades but am able to break through and achieve true happiness. I have the distinct honor of being a client at Blair Wellness Group because these professionals are the best in their craft. I have never met a more outstanding and exceptional group of individuals before in my life, as their absolute honesty, integrity, compassion, and care are second to none in every single regard, Dr. Blair especially. All of them have gone so far above and beyond to aid me in my journey to health and wellness, but Dr. Blair has been the one that has helped me the most, the one that has put in a staggering amount of her mind, heart, and soul into my care. Five stars do not do the professionals at Blair Wellness Group justice at all because they are all incredible and amazing individuals, and I am so thankful to have them by my side as the guiding force for change in my life. I was spiraling down a dark and scary abyss of sickness. I engaged in deeply troubling and disturbing addictions, all of which could have ended my life one day or another. I was heading for a dark and scary end, so close that just a single step forward would have completely and utterly sealed my fate. However, the exceedingly kind and caring team at Blair Wellness Group, especially Dr. Blair, changed all of this. She created a way for me to move forward and earn a life that is actually meaningful and worthwhile. Of all the incredible and compassionate experts at Blair Wellness Gorup, Dr. Blair, stands as the one that has helped me the most, the one that has saved my life the most. She has gone far above and beyond in every single way, shape, and form, to aid and support me through really rough and difficult times in my life. I know that nobody aside from her and the other experts at Blair Wellness Group would have chosen to play all these roles for me, guiding me through the darkness to make it out on the other side in one piece. Most would have distanced themselves away from me; it is understandable. I tis challenging to be by my side, as I am not a pleasant person to be around. Every single person I have met at Blair Wellness Group has only gone far above and beyond the standard to help me through the truly troubling and difficult moments of my life, the challenging moments where everything seemed beyond recovery. They chose to stay with me, to be here with me, and guide me through all of it, supporting me with the utmost compassion and care. They kindly and gently opened my eyes to see further beyond the veil of distortions clouding my judgement and my mind, encouraging me to take a step back and assess my surroundings with a much clearer focus. They took the time to help me appropriately take into account all the different variables and dimensions at play, creating a solid and whole picture that I can have to understand exactly what is going on so that I can implement the right change.
