When all hope seemed lost, the professionals at Blair Wellness Group stepped in to save my life. During the most crucial and vital moments of my life, when nobody else would have chosen to be on this journey with me, I was guided by the compassion and care of the Blair Wellness Group team, gifted a profound new way of being and living that can actually be the start to a new life. Dr. Blair, in particular, has been of great help to me. She invested so much of her mind, heart, and soul into my care, going far above and beyond to ensure that my life is guarded and protected. She led the charge to my health and wellbeing with her team alongside her, helping and aiding me in my challenging and difficult journey in life. They took the time to gently show me how it is that I have been going about life, showing me the error of my ways so that I can learn to fix, change, and evolve myself to become a different person. With the utmost love, care, and compassion, they created a sanctuary for my mind, heart, and soul, encouraging me to rest and let go of so much that I have been holding onto for so long. I have been so incredibly uptight and horrified about my past, constantly trying to run away from it again and again. I have engaged in many different addictions in the hopes that I can successfully evade my own responsibility and duty that I have to myself, that I can successfully escape reality. I don’t have to anymore because of the safety and security that I was gifted. I don’t have to run, but I can let go of so much that I was terrified to for so long, knowing that I will never be judged, only accepted and loved. Yet, the care that I have been given goes beyond even this, beyond allowing me to relinquish an immensely heavy burden that I have been carrying for years. I have been taught and empowered with skills and techniques to rise above who I have been and what I have done in life, taught how to earn a way of living and being that I can actually be proud of for living. They have inspired me to walk a different path in life and gifted me the tools to earn that maturational, experiential, and transformative change, a complete and utter rebirth. It is because of them, because of Dr. Blair, that I have hope for the future, why I have the hope in life, knowing that I do not have to live in the agony and misery that I have for decades but am able to break through and achieve true happiness. I cannot thank every single person at Blair Wellness Group enough for all that they have done for me, especially Dr. Blair, because I know that I would not be where I am today without them as my guides in life.
