Ben Steger, the co-owner of The Eye Center, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this award-winning business and its impressive online reputation.
The first question we had for Ben was what it is that sets The Eye Center apart from their competition in North Carolina. Here’s his response:
“We follow a whole-body approach to eye care. We talk about what diseases run in their family and how systemic complications can affect peoples’ eyes.”
Ben went on to add:
“The Eye Center has been in the Grove Arcade since 2006. Dr. Andrew was one of the first businesses here, and we try to significantly portray local promotion. We are here to support the locals on a regular basis, not just tourists!”

“The only real advertising that we do is on Star 104.3. Dr. Mikolich and myself run our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We occasionally boost posts, but for the most part, we just try to post regularly.”
