We were excited to learn all about how Casa Jalisco Mexican Restaurant has been able to build such an awesome reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Michelle Hernandez.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Casa Jalisco Mexican Restaurant stand apart from their competitors. She told us, “We do everything with love. Even from the food that we cook from scratch to the customers we care for them. We just want everybody to leave happy. Everybody here is not all family but some of us are but we just treat everybody with the most respect.”
According to Michelle, the Casa Jalisco secret to success is their service. She told us, “We just treat everybody with respect. We just want everybody to leave happy. We care a lot about our customers. We have a lot of our regular customers that we even know what they want as soon as they walk in because we pay attention to small little details that other people don’t.”
