We were excited to learn all about Hy-Electric and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Paul.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Hy-Electric stand apart from their competitors. After 27 years in business, Paul believes in showing loyalty to his customers and employees. Paul told us that his employees love their job and always do their best to be friendly, responsive, and understanding of what the customer wants. He said that, ultimately, their goal is to provide the service that the customer is asking for.
Building Success By Prioritizing the Customer
Hy-Electric has an incredible reputation and has gotten their name out there by being active in the community and through word of mouth. They are NECA and IBW affiliated. Paul said that they keep their community updated by having a good Facebook presence and that their reviews have come in organically.
