We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Clint Brevig, the owner of Anytime Fitness in Huntersville.
The first thing we wanted to know was what is it that sets Anytime Fitness of Huntersville apart from their competition in North Carolina. Here’s Clint’s response:
“I try to do everything for the member experience and try to take everything they say to heart so that we can improve ourselves.”
Clint went on to share with us that he didn’t really plan on running a gym and he had never done it before, but he started Anytime Fitness in Huntersville because he wanted to build around people’s wants and needs.
Building Success Through Customer Service and Feedback
Clint attributes Anytime Fitness of Huntersville’s strong online reputation to their commitment to customer service and to using the feedback from their members to continuously improve the gym.
Outside of building a powerful online reputation, Anytime Fitness of Huntersville has spread the word about who they are and what they do through online advertising. They did some direct mail marketing in the past, but they saw minimal results from it.
