If I could give a zero I would. We were promised a pool last July and just today I hired another contractor to finish his job. We spent ALOT of money for our pool and had high hopes that it would be a great place to make memories with our children. Sadly two years of memories have been stolen from us by this company and we have had an empty frame of a pool for two summers now. He blames delays on the pandemic doesn’t respond to messages until you tell him you’re going to get s lawyer. This company is the worst decision we have ever made. BEWARE!!! They will take your money not complete the work and then try to blame you. Don’t hire them. They are horrible!! Horrible business and dishonest people who will promise a service take your money and then never come back to finish your job.
Did a terrible job on our pool does not want to be held responsible for his job. Sloppy messy worker do not trust him it is just lies after lies he will do the work terribly steal your money and then pretend he doesn't know you and not answer your phone calls check all the reviews everywhere and you will see the truth about blue whale pools Said. Have proof for when you have to take him to court. Do not trust them.
Said is a liar. He owes us and the water guy who filled our pool money. He already has judgements against him that have not been paid. Our pool is crumbling and yet he will not do the right thing to come and fix it. There are so many issues that have been done poorly and not resolved. The plumbing is bad, the liner was wrong, the pool isn't level, the floor is sinking in, he ordered the wrong heater. I'd be happy to speak to anyone e who wants to know why not to choose Blueway Pools and Said.
