I booked an appointment for 10:00 and I know the 2 hours cancelation policy so I keep calling from 8 am but no one is able to answer the phone so I left message to stating that I'm not able to come due to I need to take my daughter somewhere. The receptionist has no empathy, I said I'm sorry but she said I need to charge you 50% of the amount and I said the card that u have on file has no money at it. She is so rude and says then I'm not let you come back until you pay the cancelation charge and hung up on me. So rude and I have no plan of coming back to the place that has no empathy to the customers

I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old and 5 year old. My husband died last year and I’ve been doing it all solo. To say I was under a great deal of stress is an understatement. A friend gifted me the spa day package and it included a facial and a massage and let me just say…WOW!! I left feeling the most relaxed I have ever felt in my life! The place was so calming and the staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I will be back next month! Amazing!!
