They took advantage of my mother paid for death certificates never received. Been 9 months they will not return calls I go there and the owner is never around when I was supposed to meet him about the cremation plans. He was no where to be found. My mother and I waited 1hr for him and he said he was busy watching you tube videos didn’t know we where there. Submitted a complaint with BBB but the funeral home did not respond to them. Extremely disappointed unprofessional
