Currently working with the Bar to file complaint against Attorney Damion Boz retained him after believing he was another attorney I had spoke to last year from his office. He represented to me as if he was the attorney.
Once I retained him every appointment he made he never kept, it became basically impossible to get in touch with him, he sent a few texts stating he would call and didn’t.
Almost 3 weeks nothing was done and we never had a meeting to go over anything. I have requested my $3500 retainer back and have yet to hear or receive anything from this office.
This was a Real estate matter.
