I have tried to call you and sent an email on my order status but only a recording on the phone and no response to emails. I have made a request through PayPal for a refund. My guess is you are out of business but your web site lives on. PayPal case number; PP-D-########## Larry

Very nice looking train car. Spent a little more then wanted but worth it. Came in two days. Ordered Sunday got by Tuesday.

Item was shipped timely and packed very well with plenty of cushion around it. Important since it was a breakable item. Great experience would gladly do business again
